Kerry went into labor while Elliot was at work. Luckily, the police department is right across the street from the hospital. He made it just in time to see his son delivered. Oliver Wynn is a perceptive loner.

As soon as they got home, it was time for Charlotte’s birthday. Kelsey made her a special cake again to celebrate the occasion. Joannie also made an appearance at the party, much to the irritation of Kelsey.

Charlotte gained the Star Quality trait.
