I finally finished a house. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and 1 nursery home with a little basement under the shed. It’s $41,187 furnished and $29,085 unfurnished.

I have all expansion/stuff packs and my game is patched to the current 1.67. I tried to only use base items, but the railing on the porch is from Supernatural and the exterior doors, interior arches, and siding are from Ambitions.
