If you’re anything like me, I like my sims households stuffed to the lid with CC, but I usually like my community lots CC free. So have a crappy Dive Bar to spoil the look of your classy neighbourhood. There’s lots to entertain your disreputable

sims at Chyna’s. Pool, small games arcade, bar, a great noodle joint that’s never open, and other questionable activities.

34×24 Lot  If you want the exact lot size, I recommend this mod here you wont know how you survived without it.

CC & CAP FREE your welcome

I used all EP’s and only one item from the High End Loft SP, the 

Vibromatic Heart Bed.

I included a couple of free items still available at the EA official site. A Dragon lamp and a hanging light from the “Lunar New Year” set and

the Flamingo wall lamp from the “The Sims Celebration” set.

If you don’t have them, or don’t want them, it wont alter the appearance much. Enjoy.
