After work, Penelope decides that she wants to swim in the public pool. She ends up practicing her dive and swimming all night.
Penelope spent the entire night at the library and comes rolling home in a stink cloud the next morning. She immediately heads to the castle for a couple of hours of sleep before work.
Penelope heads down to the library for her wish to write a novel and gets distracted by the locals.
Penelope tells Scooter about her friend, the abominable snowman. I think she’s making up stories to impress him. She also decides that she wants her own fairy castle. She spends more nights in there than her bed.
